How it works
LPS runs on Strava data so there's no manual logging. You either did the work or you didn't.
Step 01
Authorize LPS to read your activity data. Every Zone 2+ minute from any workout — running, cycling, rowing, climbing — counts automatically.
Step 02
Enter your group's join code. The organizer sets the weekly Zone 2 threshold and how much it increases each week. Soft launch lets you warm up before it counts.
Step 03
Hit the threshold by Sunday 11:59 PM or you're out. No second chances. The leaderboard updates daily. The threshold rises every week.
The stakes
Starting easy isn't enough. The bar climbs weekly — whoever can't keep up gets eliminated. By week 8, only the committed are left.
